1. Seller Information

2. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the online store website 24 hours a day.
  2. To process an order, customers must provide accurate contact details and complete the payment.
  3. All prices displayed in the store are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

3. Payments

The store accepts online payments through the Shopify Payments system.

Available payment methods include:

  • BLIK,
  • debit and credit cards,
  • Apple Pay (on compatible devices).

4. Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped within Poland and to countries within the European Union.
  2. Deliveries are handled by the following courier companies: DPD, InPost and DHL.
  3. The delivery cost within Poland is PLN 19.90.
  4. Orders are processed within 48 hours of the payment being credited.
  5. Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement with the Seller.

5. Returns

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
  2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, customers must submit a relevant statement electronically or by post.
  3. Returned products should be sent back in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
  4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on the Seller's part.
  5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

6. Complaints and Warranty

  1. Products are covered by a 12-month warranty.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to hello@foraggio.pl.
  3. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

7. Personal Data

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

8. Final Provisions

Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
